Refund Policy

At Task Genius, we provide recruitment services that involve sourcing and placing highly qualified professionals for our clients. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy as outlined in our client agreements.

Policy on Refunds:

• Payments made for recruitment services are non-refundable, as costs are incurred upon initiation of the hiring process.

• Clients acknowledge that once our services begin, expenses related to sourcing, screening, and placement are non-recoverable.

• By engaging with Task Genius, clients agree to these terms and accept that refunds will not be issued.

Contract Voiding:

• In specific cases where a breach of contract occurs (e.g., failure to fulfill obligations by either party), the contract may be voided upon mutual agreement.

• If the contract is voided before significant services have been rendered, Task Genius may assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and determine if partial service credits or alternative resolutions can be provided.

• Any disputes regarding contract termination must be communicated in writing to our team.
