Who We Are
We’re a Filipino-owned, Christian-led team on a mission to match global business owners with world-class Virtual Assistants.

Task Genius was founded by Lendl and Mart Mallari, two professionals who saw the potential in people long before the remote work boom. Back in 2015, they started mentoring aspiring VAs and connecting them with agencies in need of support. Over the years, this passion became a purpose—and eventually, a company.

What started with a few referrals has now grown into a dedicated recruitment firm built on trust, service, and real relationships.
